Our Team Building Programs
The majority of our Team Building programs can be specifically designed to meet your groups requirements including location, length, objectives and physical abilities. We also are more than happy to assist with any catering and transport needs.
TIPS for Success
Groups work together to complete these interactive and engaging activities in a learning environment outside of the normal work or school constraints. Teamworks instructors then facilitate discussions to identify how the learning outcomes including decision making, problem solving, roles and responsibilities, planning and communication can be transferred back to the working or school environment. TIPS Activities are fun and reinforce a team mentality whilst also acknowledging the strengths of each individual.
The Adventure Challenge
This exciting course is designed and delivered to target your group’s objectives including building trust and support and enhancing team cohesion. The day is active without being overly physical so everyone can participate. There are many opportunities for participants to challenge themselves and achieve something ‘out of their comfort zone’ with our philosophy of ‘Challenge by Choice’ applying at all times. Activities including our premiere team Low Ropes Course, Ultimate Leap of Faith and Team Initiative and Problem Solving tasks combine to create a fun-filled, action packed day. For groups wanting a particular focus on leadership we can offer a specialised leadership session with a facilitated discussion about leadership qualities and behaviours and how they can be implemented.
High Ropes Low Risk
At a height of 12 metres our unique High Ropes Course is located in the bushland at HBF Stadium. The course consists of a variety of challenging elements designed to stretch the comfort zone of participants. Trust, support, respect and communication levels grow through our thorough safety training which ensures that the program is low risk. Whilst some participants are off the ground their teammates are fully responsible for maintaining their safety systems under close supervision from our professional instructors. This course creates a unique and safe environment allowing for great personal and team development for those who take on the challenge.
The Off Ground Challenge
Located at HBF Stadium, the Off Ground Challenge is a fun program for all ages. Throughout the day participants are given the opportunity to challenge themselves on a variety of off ground activities including the Crate Climb, Cargo Net, Two Line, Himalayan Bridge and Leap of Faith. This program highlights the importance of encouragement and support, and the group bonds through the shared experience.
The Amazing Race
The Amazing Race, like your business, is all about problem solving. It’s a fun and cost-effective way of entertaining large groups and ideal for a focus on teamwork. During the race you will engage both mind and body in solving puzzles and completing team activities. Our most popular Amazing Race programs are run in Fremantle and the Perth CBD. We can also tailor your program to have either a competitive or cooperative theme.
Icebreakers and Energisers
These light-hearted and fun activities are a great way to break the ice and allow participants to introduce themselves to new people. Icebreakers and energisers are perfect for events and conferences and are based on the concept of ‘FUNN’ meaning Functional Understanding Not Necessary. They can be run at the start of the day to help build connections and throughout to re-energise participants.
Team Crusade
This crusade requires significant planning, navigation and teamwork in a time pressured environment to locate activities and complete them successfully. The ultimate goal is to discover the ‘Lost Wisdoms of Teamwork’. Our most popular Team Crusade challenge is run on Rottnest Island using bikes as transport.
Mission Impossible
A points-based program where team cohesion and dynamics are exposed, and complex theoretical and practical team initiative activities challenge teams to become a ‘Champion Team’. This will require synergising the strengths and expertise of each individual, effective planning and plan execution, and time management.
Safety Awareness Through Experiential
The S.A.T.E program was created for Western Power linesman and has now been run for various companies in the mining, oil and gas, and industrial sectors. Our program reinforces the importance of safety in a non-threatening environment. Activities are run highlighting emergency management, accident reporting, injury downtime and safety procedures. Your group will gain a higher understanding of the importance of not only looking out for themselves but also for those around while supporting the values of the company. We can also personalise the program to use your company’s existing paperwork and procedures to give your staff a more familiar feel.
Section Connection
Designed to show the value of information sharing and effective planning, Section Connection has the team break into smaller groups and elect supervisors. Supervisors send the groups to complete activities in geographically separate sectors. Groups must report back with their results and try to score as many points as possible.
Earn As Much As You Can
Groups are required to operate under time pressure and play the odds on their successes in activities with a focus on encouraging big picture thinking, promoting customer service and considering asset management. Designed with sales teams in mind.
Leadership Exposed
The perfect medium to develop your current and potential team leaders by giving them an opportunity to learn theoretically and practically about different styles of leadership. The experiential activities have participants practice adopting leadership styles they may not have previously experienced in a safe environment where the results are part of the learning process. This environment gives individuals more confidence in adapting their leadership style to affect the group.
Management Unveiled
Designed to help new managers develop the skills to manage staff. During this program ‘management’ is required to handle several complex team challenges simultaneously by delegating work teams with the goal of achieving the highest profits. The work teams operate under changing ‘market conditions’ in their aim to achieve the goals of management. This program allows teams to develop strong negotiation skills, networking abilities and planning systems in a non-threatening environment where management work as staff and staff have the opportunity to manage. Our thorough debriefing process relates directly to the workplace to highlight possible change in work systems or affirmation of current practices.
Lights, Camera, Action!
Lights, Camera, Action challenges the team to create a script from a given theme. The team then must act, direct, film and produce a finished product that can be screened. It will take team members out of their comfort zone and possibly uncover some hidden talents. Lots of fun and is guaranteed to produce plenty of laughter. Individuals can take home a copy of the final product.
Operation Unknown
The locations of the program are known only to the organisers and the group must use various aids to get to each location and complete the activities.
Mini Olympics
Fun and challenging for all, this program is designed to bring people together. The team is broken into smaller groups and compete in a ’round robin’ fashion working against the clock in a series of timed tasks. A fun day that will have participants laughing and can be adapted to suit almost anyone. Mini Olympics is an event that is not physically demanding and can be designed to unify your team or be run as a competition.
