At Teamworks we believe that we offer three very important elements to every program.
Our greatest asset has always and will always be our successful and knowledgeable facilitators. Offering the most diverse range of staff within our industry we currently have Australian sporting representatives, State sport representatives, Business owners, Franchise owners, MBA Students as well as University and Tafe graduates in a wide variety of fields including business, health, communications, teaching and outdoor recreation. At Teamworks we hire facilitators not instructors because all programs are designed to allow your team to ask questions of themselves not to be lectured.
The second element we believe is paramount to a successful program is our use of Experiential Training. Inspired by an old Confucius proverb"what I hear I forget, what I see I remember, what I do I understand" we tailor your program to suit your objectives for your team. During the day our facilitators will guide your team through a series of debriefing sessions to help them realise their strengths and minimise their weaknesses as well as question themselves "How can we do things better?".
Our final element is our ability to provide quality facilitators at a low facilitator to participant ratio. By using a maximum of 8:1 participants to facilitator ratio (corporate programs) we can provide accurate and personal feedback during our debrief sessions.
Teamworks has extensive experience in all aspects of conference organization. We have created, planned, conducted and facilitated over 100 conferences and events in the past 5 years. These have ranged from overnight events at Rottnest for 20 delegates to international and national conferences for over 250 delegates. We have an extremely large list of corporate partners and suppliers who can cater for every need including resorts, hotels, catering, key note speakers, entertainment and of course our experiential training programs.
